Nowadays, the development of internet cannot be diked anymore. At once, this condition places peoples into a high level of internet dependence. It is a fact that cannot be denied. When we deny it, we are placing our self into the outer part of civilization.

As the part of this modern civilization, Indonesia also places its self into the world where internet growing fast. Based on Kompas research there are thirty million kids and adults of Indonesia that using internet access. The other research, from four hundreds respondent, there are 98 % kids and adults that know about internet and 75, 5% are the user of internet. 20% others do not use internet because there is no tool of internet (Kompas.com). It means that there is a possibility towards the quantity of internet user if tools support is good.

This situation of course brings the advantages and disadvantages. Internet can be the medium in helping Indonesian development and in other hand it can brings Indonesia into a destruction gate. One of it that writer like to explain is threaten the “kebinekaan”.

As we know, Indonesia is most plural country in the world. There are many varieties than can be found, both ethnic group, language, religion and the others.  Of course this fact can be mentioned as a powerful mercy than brings many positive things but it also can we mention as opportunity of destruction. Because the violence is always possible, I think it is important to find a way to cover all the chance of violence. Pancasilla is truly way.

But now, pluralism is under attack.  The enemies do not come as the military force of other country, but as the people of Indonesia. A few years ago, Indonesia was busied by hoax problem. Hoax I thing become the most dangerous problem that threaten the pluralism. It is not bombastic if I called hoax as an implementation of “devide et empera” politic. Hoax cause a lot of social disease, like violence, afraid felling.

In my opinion internet become the mainstream medium in producing hoax. Social media is full with the wrong news, hate speech. As have I explain before, the user internet in Indonesia is too many and there is monitoring in its using. The free desire of user becoming the legitimation in producing hoax and hate speech. And the fact has shown us that this free desire has places pluralism of Indonesia is under attack.

I think there is important to all people of Indonesia try to find some idea in solving this problem. And I also will show some idea to solve this problem. First, build the awareness. Without the awareness there is no felling about what kind of wrong and true. Awareness is very need in adapting our self before doing something. Second, government must close all the sites, content, or blogs that show peoples hoax or hate speech. The last, I think it is important if government and civil society build a common work in solving this problem.
