            The public sphere discourse become one of the interest topic that discussed in the society of contemporary philosophers such as Antonio Gramsci, Habermas, and Hannah Arendt or in the intellectual society as well as Indonesian comprehensively, aren’t released by disappointed reality that threaten the public sphere existention. The public sphere is not become the citizenship locus and public refinement that formed by the citizens who’s respect but rather become the place of hate, slander, provocative, and deception or it called “hoax”.

            A glance, the public sphere become the target of banality of bandits that try to shatter the public sphere prestige for the latent interests. The identity of public sphere as communication basic that hold in the high esteem ethics value and the respect for others suddenly to be lost by the savage of market importance, politic, and the chaotic government. Until on the extreme point, Habermas said that the contamination of the public sphere as a “refeodalitation” of public sphere.[1]

            The last data that graduated by Turnbackhoax.id that moved by information and technology activist in Indonesia during January, 1^st 2017 until February, 2^nd 2017, accept 1.656 report prevaricate information, calumny, or instigation from 47.132 by 13.915 internet users.[2]

The spreads of hoax that compress the public sphere are successful to make the citizens are nervous as soon as threaten the unity of Indonesian. Hoax that carriage by interest motive and certain ambition that become the serious challenge of the nation.

So, it is not impossible that the opposite groups of hoax are pop out everywhere that have the initiative to fight the hoax virus by form the application of crowd source basic like Turn back hoax, gudanghoax.com and various “Forum Anti Fitnah Hoax Indonesia” (FAFHI) as well as all the other group that work to overcome the hoax problem in citizenship life.

Regression and the contamination this public sphere also aggravated by the buzzer or politic agent that spread the hoax and openly slander their opposites. Eventually the politic constellation on public sphere more and more getting warm and may culminate in anarchic boasting.

The public sphere not seemed as an inclusive discourse like the Habermas expect in His own book Moralbewusststein und komunikative Handeln (Kesadaran Moral dan Tindakan Komunikatif), on the contrary become hate, calumny, intimidation arena as well as dominate by the certain interest.This public sphere contamination also give the negative impact for citizenship life. Often, appear the killing conflict and engage in a gang fight because spell conflict.

Discern the index of public sphere contamination above, there are two matter that must be watched. First, as a short-range solution, we must to construct the commitment to war the hoax virus by form the group of anti-hoax. Second, as a long-range solution, Indonesian must be always to read. The low literation with the minim of reading can be the target of hoax virus.

In Indonesia, based on UNESCO research, the interest of reading of Indonesian have reach 0.0001 percent. It is mean that in the 1,000 people, there is one person who is serious to read. In the other hands, the number of internet users in Indonesia have reach 88.1 million from 250 million Indonesia people.[3]

Based on the data above, it is clear that hoax enter to the public sphere of this country caused by the low of interest reading in the Indonesian. So, there is the unconnected between the current information with the intelligent and emotional when they manage the information.
