              In the seminar groups for the course Fundamentals of Philosophy degree from the first class of STFK Ledalero on October 6, 2016, a student raised a problem that often occurs in STFK Ledalero that every day were mostly college students hanging out only with friends who come from the same and hard to build relationships with friends from other konvik. To this question, emerged a variety of responses from some students, among others it happens because of differences in residence, the level of the new joint together several months, a time to meet on campus are very limited, and also other responses that strengthen the roots of the problem.

The issue raised above is real and serious problem and we cannot deny the truth of it. STFK Ledalero is a university that students and female students come from various convents and also from the laity. Because of it, the problem as raised above is likely to occur. For examples it is a fact that there is a tendency that the distribution and seat selection in lecture rooms that seem unbalanced. People are more likely to build up the seating plan groups between convent making it easier to communicate. In later times, outside the lecture this habit continues. Habit forming groups is based on communities at rest and extra activities is the fact that often occur.

Finding The Root Of The Problem
               If we want to get out of the above problems, first of all we should be known in advance the factors or root of the problems. According to the author, one of the most powerful factor it happened is that, understanding the concepts are built incorrectly. The concept and understanding that is meant here is the perspective that someone who sees others only as they are derived from convent or other communities not see the other person as a student or a student just like him. The consequences of a false understanding that is the cause of a person distinguish and building walls that hinder their relationships with students from other communities.

Against these facts, it is no exaggeration to say that it is a failure education. Education aims to form individuals whom are educated are and able to socialize with other individuals. Education is not just for the sake of academic intellectual, intelligence in lecture rooms, high values, but also the ability to create a situation that allows occurs harmonious relationships with others. Therefore, interpersonal communication is an expectation on the lameness.

Communication: Relations Cross Communities
            The deepest meaning of communication is an attempt to get out from within ourselves. Out of the self is to renounce and ownership of themselves and are ready to fill and be filled by others. Out of the self also means leaving the mental and individualistic attitudes and egoism and strive to build relationships with others. In building the relationships that he should give something in him and also received from the people. Communication like this is called interactive communication.[1]
            Communication across community is an attempt to get out of the group community to interact and relate with people from different communities. In communication cross community it should first change the erroneous understanding of looking at people from other convent differently. If the person of another convent is seen as a student or a student who seemed the same, have the same goal to form a social group, then communication is possible and people can more easily create a comfortable conditions for the creation of a conducive social interaction.

Communication across convent is a bright spot to come out of the above problems that often we create in the middle convent difference. Communication across convent not only limited to the scientific discussions in the lecture hall. From it takes openness of each individual and group to know each other better. And the most important thing in communication is the awareness to fight the first person to start. This means that not only silent and waited for accosted but first initiative to greet others.
