- Administer excellent study programs to produce graduates with competence in their fields, good soft skills, independence, faith, personal integrity, morals, and high ethics
- Administer inclusive education based on human rights
- Improve and enhance the quality of research and community service and disseminate the results to stakeholders to improve the image of the institution and to create a conducive academic environment
- Apply, utilize, and advance information and communication technology in operating academic and/or nonacademic development programs
- Mentor the younger generation through academic education which has religious, humanitarian, social, and intellectual values and is conducted through prophetic dialogue in wisdom and collegiality
- Build and foster partnership with other institutions nationally and internationally according to the principle of equality
